Yes. You’re welcome to support multiple Causes at the same time. The minimum monthly contribution for your first selected Causes is $10. For any additional Causes, you may contribute as little as $5 per month. This flexibility allows you to direct your generosity where it matters most to you.

All donations made to a specific Cause are shared equally among the charities within that Cause. This ensures balanced, fair support for each organization and helps maximize the collective impact of your contribution across the community.

Yes. Charities within a Cause may be updated from time to time. We regularly review each Cause to ensure participating charities continue to align with the Cause’s purpose and deliver meaningful impact within the community.

To keep Givium running and connecting donors with local Causes, 6.9% goes toward supporting the platform. It’s still below typical fundraising costs, helping charities focus fully on their work.

Traditional fundraising can cost charities 20–40% of what they raise. Givium removes that burden so more resources stay focused on impact.

When donors give through Givium:

Even after processing costs, charities typically receive about 90% of each donation—making Givium an efficient, sustainable way to strengthen local Causes.

At this time, tax receipts are not available. We have applied to the CRA to become a registered charity, a process that typically takes 12–15 months. While awaiting approval, we’re launching Givium as a pilot in Windsor to learn from the community. To thank and support our donors, at the end of 2026 we will make a one-time contribution equal to 20% of all donations from Windsor-Essex residents. This amount will be distributed proportionately to each Fund based on the support it received during the year.
